Patsy (Sweet Dreams)

Pasty, named after Patsy Cline, is a twenty-year old Dutch Warmblood who began her competitive career in eventing before transitioning to the Hunter ring as a children’s horse. She spent several years with one family, educating their younger daughter through her first national derby. An adult amateur then purchased Pasty and successfully competed with her until her retirement at HorseLink.

Pasty was exceptionally accomplished, consistently placing at Texas’s most prestigious shows like Pin Oak against stiff competition. Known for her gentle, enchanting nature, she earned a reputation as safe for riders of all ages—from small children to adults. She took exceptional care of her riders while giving her all in the ring, and her magnificent tail was, and still is, the envy of many.

Pasty’s sweet temperament and love of people make her perfectly suited for her new career. She’s found a fast friend in Zac, and as HorseLink’s two greys, they make a stunning pair in the pasture.
