Structured around a five-part framework: preparing a grounded\, safe container; kindling and acknowledging one’s own inner creative flame; tending that flame through nervous system literacy and self-regulation; extending the fire outward by observing the horse’s nervous system with curiosity; and finally\, dancing between both — holding inner awareness while remaining genuinely attuned to another. \nHere’s what you’ll walk away with: \nIn a judgment-free space\, you’ll learn to notice what’s actually happening inside you — the tension you’ve been carrying\, the feelings you’ve been pushing down\, the fire you’ve been ignoring.
