Self-Care Saturday: The Sacred Mirror: Tarot, Horses, and the Art of Presence

As we approach the Lunar New Year on February 17, 2026, we enter the rare and intense cycle of the Fire Horse—an event that occurs only once every 60 years. This year brings “Double Fire” energy: the natural fire of the Horse combined with the fire of the year itself. This workshop harnesses this transformative heat, using the twin mirrors of Equine and Arcana to illuminate what is ready to be forged anew.
In this immersive experience, both Tarot (cards?) and horses act as “mirrors” by reflecting your internal state rather than just your external story:
- Tarot as a Mirror: The cards use archetypes, symbols, and images to reflect your subconscious. By interpreting the cards, you can see your personal patterns, hidden motivations, and inner wisdom made visible.
- Horses as Mirrors: Horses are highly sensitive prey animals, they “read” and reflect your energetic presence and emotional state in real-time. We will observe our inner landscape without judgment. The horses will meet you there.
The Synthesis: You see your energy in the horse, and then you read the story of that energy in the cards. Finally, we recreate narratives that represent what we would hope to see this upcoming Year of the Horse.
This is an ideal experience for Individuals seeking to break old patterns and harness the rapid, transformative momentum of 2026.
