Self-Care Saturday: Herd Wisdom: A Shamanic Journey With Horses
January 11, 2025 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
| $25.00Are you ready to embrace change and set your dreams free?
It’s easy to dream of change, but far more challenging to surrender ourselves to it. We often cast our dreams into the world, hoping the universe will answer kindly. Yet, the path toward those dreams often means great change and it can feel uncomfortable, confusing, and frustrating. We find ourselves facing habits we’re reluctant to change, relationships we’re hesitant to release, and beliefs we fear to let go.
This resistance is a natural, human response – but it doesn’t have to hold us back. The Spirit of the Horse is here to guide us through this transformative process. Horses teach us to soften into our own natural energy, to move freely and gallop courageously toward our dreams.
Join shamanic practitioner Mystic Mo and equine specialist Julie Puentes for a transformative morning of meditation, shamanic energy work, and immersive equine experiences. Allow the wisdom of the herd to show you how to release inner resistance and courageously embrace the changes you wish to manifest.
What is shamanism and shamanic energy work?
Shamanism, at the core, is the tradition of:
- recognizing the spirit in all things
- living in connected relationship with the spirit of the world and the world of spirits
- welcoming guidance from non-ordinary reality to bring forth healing, growth, and joy
Shamanic energy work is an ancient healing practice that involves many modalities, including meditation, breath work, and connecting with spiritual energies to address physical, emotional, and spiritual imbalances.
Shamanism is not a formalized system of beliefs or an ideology. It is an experiential path that lends assistance to whoever is in need.
