We are pleased to announce that the pilot of our new program, A Connected Life: Meaningful relationships to weather tough times, improve health, and live a happier life, was such a success that we will offer it again starting in September.

This is a 3-part program offered in half-day increments. Each session builds on the previous one and the group bonds through the process.

Topics for each module are:

  • Mindfulness and presence to relieve anxiety and manage stress.
  • Authentic communication to improve relationships.
  • The courage to feel and the willingness to act.
